We want you to be happy with your order from Busy Bees Creative Studio. Every item is made with care and we work hard to ensure everything arrives exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Personalised Items
Most of our products are personalised – for example, embroidered or printed with a name, logo or custom design. Because these items are made especially for you, they can’t be returned or refunded unless:
- the item is faulty,
- there is a mistake on our part, or
- the product arrives damaged.
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll put it right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or we’ve made an error, we’ll happily:
- remake the item,
- replace it, or
- offer a refund.
We will need a clear photo of the issue to help us understand what went wrong and resolve it quickly. Please include your order number when you contact us.
Order Accuracy
Please carefully check all spellings, sizes, colours and custom details before placing your order. We produce items exactly as specified at checkout.
If you’re unsure about sizing, colours or any other details, please contact us before ordering. We’re happy to provide guidance.
We cannot offer refunds or free replacements if incorrect information was provided at checkout.
Cancelling an Order
Personalised items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. Once we begin production (ordering garments, printing or embroidery), we’re unable to cancel or refund the item.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
- unused,
- unwashed,
- in its original condition, and
- still in its original packaging.
Return postage for unwanted non-personalised items is the customer’s responsibility. For items delivered to schools, please inspect your order as soon as your child brings it home. If there’s an issue, contact us directly within 7 days – do not return items to the school.
Non-personalised items can be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How to Return or Report an Issue
To return an item or report a problem:

- Include your order number
- Describe the issue (with photos if the item is faulty or damaged)
- We’ll respond within 1 working day with next steps
For approved returns of non-personalised items, we’ll provide a returns address. Please package items securely for return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, or approve a refund for a faulty item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged During Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of both the packaging and the contents. All orders are fully insured and we’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.
