At Busy Bees Creative Studio, we work hard to ensure your custom embroidery and printed items arrive safely, beautifully finished and right on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we produce and deliver your orders.
All orders are handmade with care and our standard production time is 8–10 working days. This allows us to source items, complete your embroidery or print work and carry out our final quality checks before delivery.
Express production may be available for an additional £3.50 per item please contact us to discuss your requirements.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm production timelines.
All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes full tracking from dispatch right through to delivery. Delivery is UK-wide with no extra charges for Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. All orders are fully tracked and insured. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at bu********************@***il.com and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Orders totalling £150 or more qualify for free delivery.
For school-branded items ordered through one of our partner schools, select “Delivery to School” at checkout. Your order will be delivered directly to the school, who will pass it on to your child.
